A: Yes, Monarch Homes understands that life doesn’t always hand us perfect timing. We are happy to discuss a contingency with you.

A: The price of Monarch Homes usually falls in the $200 – 500k range, depending on location, size, and optional features.
- Q: I’d like to come visit one of your model homes. What days are you open?
A: To make it convenient for you to come see what we can do, our model is open 7 days a week.
- Q: Things always look different on paper. Once the building process has started and we can see what it’s actually beginning to look like, can we still make changes?
A: Anything that’s possible to change at the current stage of building, we are happy to do for you. And unlike other builders, we don’t charge a service fee to make those changes.
- Q: As time passes, we may want to move into a bigger home. Are you aware of what choices we need to make now in order to improve our chances of selling our house later?
